Using the right DJ equipment at your next function
DJ Lighting
There are three basic types of DJ lighting that can be used as automated or “intelligent” lighting systems. This means that they operate without being controlled at the time by the DJ. The term “intelligent lighting” is a bit misleading, however, as the intelligence really comes from the individual who programs the lights before the show.
Mobile PA System
A mobile PA system can be a great asset for a multitude of people who may need it. While some people would rather rent the mobile pa system, other people look to buy one.
DJ Microphone
A DJ microphone is one of the most crucial items for a DJ. The DJS who find themselves working smaller parties (such as birthday parties and wedding parties) generally can use a microphone to make sure that they connect with their audience and clients. Using a DJ microphone is the best way to make sure that those dancing and attending the party can hear you and what you are trying to say.
DJ Mixer
It the most basic sense, a DJ mixer is a console that helps DJs to fade music in and out, creating a continuous source of music; a simple base for all DJs that offer music. Mixers offer anywhere between two to seven channels that allow for the DJ to mix various sounds and songs together.
DJ Sound Equipment
To a DJ, the sound equipment is easily the most important. While lights and effects are somewhat important to many DJs, having the right sound equipment is nothing short of crucial; sound, after all, is the main purpose of having a DJ in the first place.
